Company Overview
Klappcakes was founded by Jimmy Klapperich in Fairfax, CA in 2009. With a passion for baking that grew from watching his mom Robyn in the kitchen, Jimmy began testing recipes on his family and friends who gave him the encouragement to make this into a small business. As a special-teams and defensive varsity football coach for Sir Francis Drake High School in San Anselmo, CA, Jimmy splits his time between his two passions football and baking.
