INGREDIENTS:

3/4 cup dry white wine

1/4 cup butter, melted

1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning

Salt and pepper

1 two-pound, center-cut skinless salmon fillet

1/3 cup spicy brown mustard (such as Gulden's)

1/4 cup (packed) golden brown sugar

EQUIPMENT:

Rimmed baking sheet

Small bowl

Spoon

INGREDIENT PREP:

1. Mix mustard and brown sugar together for glaze.

2. Preheat oven to 350.

3. Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper.

4. Melt butter.

5. Mix butter, wine and old bay.

COOKING:

1. Put salmon on baking dish

2. Pour wine/butter mixture over, around it.

3. Bake at 350 for 10-14 minutes, until cooked through.

4. Remove from heat. Preheat broiler.

5. Spread brown sugar and mustard mixture on salmon.

6. Broil until top is brown and bubbling.

7. Remove from heat and serve.
