Kale Chips

INGREDIENTS:

1 bunch kale, washed and dried (both dinosaur and curly work)

1 tablespoon olive oil

1 teaspoon salt, garlic salt, or seasoned salt.

EQUIPMENT:

Oven

Cookie sheet

Knife

Cutting board

Bowl

INGREDIENT PREP:

1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Wash and rinse kale. Dry completely.

3. Chop kale into bite-sized pieces, removing tough middle stem.

4. In a bowl, toss with olive oil, seasoning and salt.

COOKING

1. Spread on a baking sheet.

2. Make sure the kale pieces are evenly (but lightly) coated with oil.

3. Bake for 10-15 minutes until edges are beginning to brown but not burnt.
