Ella's 25 Days of Christmas: Vegan Eggnog

HELLO LOVES & WELCOME TO ELLA'S 25 DAY OF CHRISTMAS RECIPES COUNTDOWN!!

& Happy December :D

Here is my 2nd recipe for the countdown!!

VEGAN EGGNOG :D

Here is the secret:

What You Will Need:

2 Frozen Bananas

2 Tbsp Maple Syrup

1/4 Cup of Soaked Cashews

1 Tbsp Ea: Cinnamon & Nutmeg

Topping:

-More Cinnamon :D

-Cinnamon Stick

First, we will add the frozen bananas into our blender.

Then, we will add our maple syrup, cashews, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla essence into our blender.

Blend well.

Next, transfer the mixture into a (mason) jar, or a cup.

Top with cinnamon & a cinnamon stick!

Enjoy :D

*a little happy tip* = you can also warm up the eggnog for about 1 and a half min in your microwave to get that classical warm eggnog feel to the drink!! :D (really delicious warmed up!!)
