This is totally a curl up on the couch with a blanket while watching a chick flick type soup. I love this homemade broccoli cheddar soup for many reasons. 1.) It's made without processed cheese (not that I'm a processed cheese hater because yall already know how me and cream cheese get down) 2.) It rivals Ruby Tuesday and Panera Breads broccoli cheddar soup 3.) It's easy. 4.) It's comforting 5.) It's downright delicious!!

Serve this soup in little cute bread bowls if you have some.
