ok im here day 3 ! bit of a milestone i guess,feeling good!!
pint of water in the morning with some datorade......tub of grapes...
tomatoes...2 water melons...store bought smoothie,these are superb to have in the fridge,i have done long cycle rides..50...100...150miles and stopped off in service
stations for a sugar fix,they pack a punch,1 litre gives approx 104.2 g of carbohydrate!
carb up!! plenty of juices out there to,just dont purchase the ones with lots of crap in them! CHECK THE INGREDIENTS OF YOUR FOOD!!!
drink plenty of fluid in the day....hydrate!
dinner time was a huge salad tonight,bigger than last nights! im stuffed!
sweetcorn
cucumber
tomato
cos lettuce
beetroot
yellow pepper
my dressing-
handful of pine nuts
2 x limes (double up after squashing to maximize juice extraction!)
left over sweetcorn
chili flakes (for some heaty zing!)
mixed herbs (from a jar,store bought)
blend up!
good recipe,the dressing made it.
so in all another great day raw,number for tommorow,looking forward to it!!
