How to make Sukiyaki

Japanese traditional dish ''Sukiyaki''. There is covered song called ''SUKIYAKI'' in somewhere Western country. I have no idea why the song is named ''Sukiyaki''.

For those who are complaining about row egg, it's just normal in Japan and I believe 90% of us enjoy sukiyaki with row egg. It's just culture.

Ingredients for serving 4
: 400-500g Thinly sliced beef
: 250g Yaki-tofu
: 100-150g Shimeji
: 100-150g Enokidake
: Shungiku
: Shirataki
: Green onion
: 2 tbsp Sugar
: Lard (or beef suet)

Sukiyaki sauce(Warishita)
: 1/2 cup Soy sauce
: 1/2 cup Mirin
: 1/4 cup Sake
: 1/4 cup Water
: 2 tbsp Sugar
